The sanctuary science team uses key planning and evaluation documents to support the management of Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. These include the sanctuary management plan, condition report, and science needs assessment. The Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Science Needs Assessment provides targeted information on current science priorities, and communicates these to potential partners, and interested organizations and individuals.
